Irv At The George

It was always my dream to open up something in my hometown of Newmarket, Ontario.  On March 1st,  2022 that dream became a reality thanks to a casual conversation with a friend that introduced me to the team at The George Brewery.  We had begun looking for a space of our own in Newmarket in mid-late 2021 but hadn't found anything that felt like home.  We have another pub in Toronto and we wanted something that had the same rustic feel but was a little  more open concept.  Meeting the brewery owners Mike, Donna and Phil we all clicked right away and when I walked into the brewery for the first time I knew we were home.

We are extremely proud to be a part of the Newmarket community.  We vow to put guest's satisfaction ahead of profits.  Food and beer is our passion.  Every dish on our menu and pint poured are made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. 

Its great to be home and we look forward to seeing you.
